RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

INTRODUCTION

  • The purchased Teas are returnable under certain prerequisite conditions.
  • The Original invoice has to be produced with original packaging.
    1. Item should be as it was received in the original condition.
    2. All tags and labels should be intact and attached to the merchandise.
    3. Original packaging should be intact.
    4. Cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse has to be borne by the customer.
    5. The refund has to be initialized within one day after delivery and no request shall be entertained after day 2.
  • No return or refund policy applies on the open products and damaged products.
SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR GOODS

Step 1
Inform us by email within 1 business days of receiving the parcel on marketing@climateconsciousfood.com or call us on 033 46009259.
If we are not informed within the said period, the merchandise is considered sold.

Step 2
Please await an email confirmation from our end for initiating the return.

Step 3
Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:

Please send us an email to inform us about the return with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.

Step 5
Once we receive the product/s, it will take 24-48 business hours for us to do a quality check, post which we will call you or email you for the exchange.
